All SDi Certification starts here, with the foundations of Spiral Dynamics in the Graves and Beck fundamentals. Why does change happen, what drives the sequence in which human development unfolds, and how do you begin to appreciate its characteristics from both an intellectual and a felt-sense perspective?

This training takes you deeper into the way that the stages unfold in personal development. What leads to healthy expression, and what can distort it? What can you learn about the way that the Spiral plays out in you?

Based on that understanding, what does Spiral Dynamics offer to Leadership Development and Coaching practice? How do we support others?

Organisations have a developmental life of their own? How do we work to increase effectiveness and flow, and support that developmental trajectory, meeting the organisation where it is and helping it to find what is next?

The principles of Natural Design laid out by Don Beck, the understanding of living systems dynamics and some supportive concepts from other perspectives such as the Adizes model and Theory U are brought together to facilitate a complete view that assists us to leverage the organisation’s own intelligence.

In this workshop participants will learn to apply Spiral Dynamics Integral in working with organizational culture, change processes, group coaching and personal coaching through the use of ValueMatch online questionnaires and profiling instruments. This can be applied in coaching, training, consultancy and HR work. Participants can start applying the work directly in their professional practice. Much emphasis is also put on how to work with Spiral Dynamics values and change in coaching and organizational development.

Level 1 - Fundamentals
